Maria Elena Espindola was born in Mexico City but she has lived in the US, England, and France for over two decades. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA and Merida, Mexico.
After graduating Suma Cum Laude from the renowned Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City with a five-year Degree in Finance and Accounting, she worked in several Financial Institutions until 1990 when she became a principal partner and owner in a Leasing Company where she was in charge of the accounting/finance and administrative aspects of it.
After starting a family in 1995 she moved to New York, London and Paris for 15 years combined at the same time working for The Cielo Group , an Atlanta, Georgia-based company whose main objective is to aid businesses by providing advisory, recapitalizations, and active
management services. Maria Elena's native language is Spanish; she is bilingual in English and fluent in French.

As the founder of Cielo Partners, an investment and advisory
company, Scott Wilkins brings over three decades of experience in
analyzing and strategizing the financial aspects of companies across
the United States, Europe, and Latin America. His background as a
former Wall Street sell-side analyst and entrepreneur gives him a
comprehensive understanding of the value creation process for public
and private entities.
Scott's international experience, which includes living and working in
major global cities, allows him to apply a broad and diversified
perspective to his work. He holds a Master's in Business
Administration from the London Business School and speaks Spanish
and French fluently.
